Guided tours include assistance during embarkation and disembarkation at the islands, access to protected and tourist areas, and the company of expert guides specialized in naturalist and diving itineraries.

Danubio Azul offers gourmet dining prepared by a qualified chef, featuring healthy and delicious menus to satisfy all palates.

The yacht is equipped with two radars, VHF radios, VHF-EPIRB, life rafts, life jackets, fire extinguishers, flares, oxygen supply, and Zodiac boats with 50 HP Yamaha engines. Additionally, the crew is trained in water rescue for added safety.

The cabins are air-conditioned, feature private bathrooms with hot and cold showers, and are cleaned twice daily to ensure maximum comfort.

It is a 3-star tourist-class yacht, built in 2007, with a capacity for 14 passengers. It is powered by a 500 HP MWM engine, has a maximum cruising speed of 11 knots, and includes features such as a dedicated diving deck.

One of the questions we often get is about some of the old negative reviews.
Since 2022, Danubio Azul has been operated by a new company and was recently renovated in November 2025. The food and facilities on board are now top quality.
It also has one of the best dive guides in Galapagos – in fact, it is the preferred boat for many National Geographic scientists when they visit the islands.
For the price, it is a highly recommended yacht.
