Euraina J2025-07-14The best tour guide EVER!!! I cannot express how wonderful Richard was as our tour guide!! He made sure ever aspect was taken care of. He set up all tours and excursions. All transfers were exceptionally smooth. Richard even accompanied us to ports early in the morning just to make sure we met up with the proper day trips. On the last day he arranged someone to accompany us all the way back to Baltra Airport. That person stayed with us until we got to the security gate, making sure we were good along the way. They took the ferry ride with us and everything! That is excellent customer service!!! I would give him more stars if I could. My friend and I were nervous at first because we never met him and he was in a foreign country..lol..but he turned out to be real and the BEST!! The price was fair and affordable! Richard accompanied us to the Tortoise Sanctuary and spent time with us in other ways as well. We did bike riding together. We got to know him as a person. He made the trip nice and memorable. He gave us a real sense of caring. I cannot say that for many. 10/10. If you plan to come to the Galapagos Islands you will not go wrong with Richard. It is his home and he knows it well. He can customize your trip to whatever you want because he knows almost everyone. He is personable and will answer all the questions you have. You can rest assured that Richard has your back and will craft a lovely vacation for you. Again, 10/10!

Desde que estaba considerando este viaje, hace casi un año, Richard respondió todas mis preguntas e inquietudes con prontitud. Estuvo muy atento a cada detalle. Tenía muchas necesidades y solicitudes individuales y Richard las abordó todas. Mi viaje terminó siendo el más memorable de mi vida. Todas las excursiones fueron fabulosas y lo más cómodas posibles. Richard es el mejor. Estamos muy contentos de que lo encontramos para planificar nuestro viaje. Pasamos 2 días haciendo charters privados, 5 días en un pequeño crucero y el último día otro charter privado. Él siempre fue súper sensible y creó unas vacaciones increíbles para nosotros.
